About these terms
These terms cover use of ONFORM’s website and explain the framework for working with our studio. We create websites and digital identities, including strategy, design and development.
A project begins when you and ONFORM agree its scope and commercial terms in writing. Website enquiries, portfolio previews and general pricing information do not by themselves create a service contract. Project-specific agreements take priority where they differ from this general framework. Browsing this website does not constitute acceptance of a project agreement.
Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to our work. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, send unlawful material or present our work as your own.
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available. Portfolio previews illustrate design and functionality; they are not an online shop operated by ONFORM. References to third-party projects or services do not make ONFORM responsible for those services.
Project scope and collaboration
Before work starts, our proposal or agreement sets out deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment arrangements, revision rounds and the intended schedule. We will also agree any ongoing hosting, maintenance or support separately.
Clients should supply the content, permissions, access and feedback needed for the agreed work. Significant changes to the brief, additional revisions or new deliverables require agreement on any effect on fees and timing. We communicate delays and work together on a revised schedule where necessary.
Pricing and payment
Prices and timelines shown on the website are indicative. The written proposal confirms the actual price, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any third-party costs. Payment is due according to the accepted project agreement and invoice.
Deposits, cancellation charges, late-payment arrangements and suspension rights must be set out in the applicable agreement or follow applicable law; this page does not introduce a separate fixed charge or penalty.
Ownership and permitted use
Website text, images, graphics, code and brand assets are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to ONFORM, our clients or their respective licensors. Viewing a portfolio project does not grant permission to reproduce its assets or branding. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
For commissioned work, ownership, licences, source files and rights to use final deliverables are defined in the written project agreement. Third-party fonts, photography, software and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licences. Client-supplied material must have the permissions needed for its agreed use.
Confidentiality and personal data
We treat non-public briefs, access credentials and project information as confidential and use them for the agreed work. Any portfolio publication of confidential or unreleased material should be agreed with the client.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website enquiries and business contact information. If a project involves ONFORM processing personal data on a client’s behalf, appropriate data-processing arrangements must be agreed before that processing starts.
Changes, cancellation and support
Changes to an ongoing project, cancellation, handover, acceptance and post-launch support follow the written project agreement and applicable law. Please contact us promptly if your plans change so that we can discuss completed work, outstanding commitments and a practical next step.
We do not guarantee a particular commercial result, search ranking or third-party service availability unless expressly agreed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
Questions and disputes
Contact Hello@onform.studio with a question or complaint, including the relevant project or enquiry details. We will discuss the issue with you and seek a practical resolution.
Dutch law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before the court competent under applicable law. A written project agreement may contain additional dispute-resolution arrangements, subject to those mandatory protections.
Changes to this page apply going forward and do not unilaterally change an existing signed project agreement. The revision date is shown above.
